dfsutil /pktinfo //Windows 7 RSAT (Remote Administrative Pack) copy dfsutil from C:\Windows\System32

nltest /dsgetsite //determines client AD site.

Dfsutil /pktinfo // requires windows rsat pack or copy dfsutil from another workstation and place on the client server. This will show in more detail the refer path.
