Windows Remote Assistance - Create Desktop Icon and Copy over History

Copy History


To copy over the Windows Remote Assistance history from one computer to another. 

On the old computer copy the file C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\RAExpertHistory.xml to the new computer in the same location. When you re-open Windows Remote Assistance, all of the history will be present.
