Enable Multimedia Keys for the Dell Keyboard SK-8135
This works in Windows 8.1, Windows 8, and Windows 7
First download and install the driver for windows.
Second, go to Winamp > Options > Preferences (CTRL + P)
On the left click, Global Keys
At the top, click Enable default multimedia key support (you can customize them bwlow) (Will process media related WM_APPCOMMAND messages -- see MSDN)
At the top, click Enabled
