Download the MSI -  http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=48257
Unpack the MSI
The MSI will install to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Group Policy\Windows 10\
Copy the contents from "en-us", and the base folder to the SYSVOL directory on the domain. 
Install to \\domain.com\SYSVOL\domain\Policies\PolicyDefinitions\en-us
Ensure that AD replication copies over all of the policies to all of the servers.

LTSB - Long Term Service Branch - delivers updates more gradually.

Home - Used for home deployments. Unable to join a domain.

Pro -  Used for Business deployments, but lacks many of the features found in Enterprise. See below.
