If the nspmDistributionPassword is blank then they have not changed their password and do not have the Universal password which allows IDM to sync with Active Directory.

You can also add additional column headings by right-clicking on the top column and then choose Show Columns > More > Add Extra, and then type in the fields that you wish to see.

Then it's possible to sort your entire list by nspmDistributionPassword. Any with blank are not in Active Directory.
