How to Upgrade Samsung Monitor LC49RG90SSNXZA

1. Download the firmware from Samsung
2. Unzip the folder
3. Copy the file m-RG949CCAA-1007.2[2D8D].bin
4. Rename the copy to m-RG949CCPA-1007.2[2D8D].bin
5. Format a USB drive, 4GB, FAT32, Default Format
6. Copy the m-RG949CCPA-1007.2[2D8D].bin to the USB drive
7. Put the USB drive in the SuperSpeed USB Port #1 on the Monitor
8. Press the Power/Menu button and pull in towards you and wait 5 seconds, after waiting 5 seconds, you will get a Menu prompt asking to install the firmware. 
9. Firmware will install, monitor will go on and off. 
10. After installation, you can go into the menu, and check information and it will show the latest firmeware release.
